David McGinley has an extensive work experience in the aerospace industry. David started their career at Boeing in 1986 as an Electronic Packaging Engineer and later worked as an Aerodynamics Engineer, Structural Design Engineer, and Lean Manufacturing Engineer. David held the position of Lead Structural Design Engineer from 1993 to 2005. In 2005, they joined Spirit AeroSystems and again served as a Lead Structural Design Engineer until 2016. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as a Cost Engineer at Spirit AeroSystems. In 2020, they returned to the role of Lead Structural Design Engineer at Spirit AeroSystems.
David McGinley attended Oklahoma State University from 1981 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering.
