La Toya Smith has over two decades of experience in various project management and operational roles at Spirit Airlines, ascending from a Service Desk Supervisor to the Senior Director of PMO. In this capacity, La Toya oversees a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts, ensuring project work is completed on time and within budget while adhering to established methodologies. Previous roles include managing new configurations, providing business analysis solutions, and supervising customer service operations. Prior to Spirit Airlines, La Toya served as an Operations Supervisor at Jet Center, where oversight of flight operations and adherence to regulations were key responsibilities.
