Currently serving as Senior Director of Inflight Training, Procedures & Compliance at Spirit Airlines since August 2016, Rhonda previously held roles as Director in the same department. Prior to Spirit Airlines, Rhonda contributed to Southwest Airlines from May 2012 to July 2016 as a Learning Project Consultant and Senior Manager Training. Rhonda's earlier experience includes a position as Director of In-flight Standards and Education at AirTran Airways from April 2009 to May 2012, as well as Manager of Regulatory Compliance and Safety at AirTran Airways from 2007 to 2009.
