Candy S. has extensive experience in Human Resources and Compensation Management, currently serving as the Compensation/HRIS Manager for The Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde since August 2015. Prior to this role, Candy held the position of Compensation/HRIS Manager and Training Manager at Spirit Mountain Casino since March 2005, overseeing the design and administration of compensation programs, performance management systems, and training initiatives. Candys's earlier experience at Spirit Mountain Casino includes roles as a Compensation Specialist & HRIS Administrator and Payroll Specialist, where responsibilities included developing compensation programs and processing payroll. Beginning a career at Evergreen International Aviation as a Payroll Specialist, Candy processed executive payroll and managed payroll taxes. Candy holds an AAOT degree from Chemeketa Community College obtained between 2008 and 2014.
