Vika Dudaney

Vika Dudaney is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an FP&A Manager at Splash International since March 2022. Previously, Vika worked as a Financial Analyst at The GroundTruth Project, where analyses of financial statements and recommendations for grant process improvements were key responsibilities. Vika's experience includes a Finance & Accounting internship at Procter & Gamble, focusing on gross margin mapping and forecasting tool creation, as well as extensive project management as a Grants & Contracts Associate at Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center, where Vika managed multiple external funding projects. Vika also held an Accounting Intern position at the same institution and contributed as a Strategic Initiatives Intern at Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Ohio. Vika holds an MBA with a focus on Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Finance, and Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University.
