Manuel N. is a Lead Power Systems Engineer at Splight since July 2025, previously serving as a Large Load Integration Engineer at ERCOT from January 2021 to July 2025, where responsibilities included load interconnection studies and process development for a new ERCOT team. Prior roles at ERCOT encompassed real-time engineering analysis as a NERC Certified System Operator and a rotation in various engineering disciplines within the Engineering Development Program. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin, supplemented by exchange programs at KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Peking University.
