David completed the first $1B flow agreement for home equity investments in 2019. Mr. Demos began his career as a Trader at Cohen & Company in ABS CDOs. During his career, Mr. Demos worked at various firms, including Houlihan Lokey in FAS (Financial and Valuation Advisory), Credit Suisse in RMBS Trading (Mezzanine Specialist), MF GLOBAL, and EDF & Man as Head of Structured Products.
He is an avid skier and sportsman who enjoys playing hockey with his boys and discussing HEI.
