In 2019, Spoke Cycle and Fitness was created to bring the Rochester, NY area a new, innovative approach to working out. With a beat-based cycle studio that makes you want to get up and dance and a bootcamp room that feels more like a night club than a gym, Spoke was built on the idea that fitness can and should be fun. 

Spoke is about much more than a gym. It's a sweat party. The lights go down, the music goes up, and you leave the rest of the world behind you for 45 minutes. Our instructors guide you through an immersive, total body fitness experience that makes you forget that you're actually working out. 

From the very beginning, Spoke has built a community of like-minded people who share the same ideals that it was founded upon- that working out can be fun. Whether you work at Spoke, or you're a member, you become a part of the Spoke Family. From the second you walk through our doors, you will notice that it is a fast-paced, fun, positive environment.
