Emily Few Brown is the Founder and Director at Spook, where Emily leads the team in expanding into new opportunities focusing on people, profit, and planet. Prior to this, Emily served as the Managing Director at Spook, a modern hospitality company. Before their time at Spook, Emily worked as the Head Chef at Edible Food Design Ltd. Emily holds a BA in English Literature and Language from the University of Leeds and attended Marlborough College.

We have worked alongside some of the most recognised brands and individuals including Prada, Facebook, Net-a-Porter and the Royal family. We are invested in the community, the customer, the conversation, and the journey, all of which being personal and approachable. We want to connect people and people to connect: with each other and with nature. Our approach to food and drink is informed by the seasons and what we enjoy eating and cooking. A passion that is instilled within us, dedicated to the cultivation of crops, nature, wildness, farming and sustainability.
