Sarah Rosca is a Quality Assurance Nutritionist at Spoon Guru since September 2022, bringing prior experience as a Sustainability & Ethics Administrator in Health & Nutrition at Waitrose & Partners from January to August 2022. Sarah has a background in customer service as a Front of House member at RUSK & RUSK from August 2017 to January 2022 and gained research experience as a Research Intern at the Sports Science Institute of South Africa in mid-2019. Sarah holds a Master's degree in Public Health from the University of Glasgow (November 2020 - October 2021) and an undergraduate degree in Physiology Sport Science Nutrition from the same institution (2016 - 2020), along with a Baccalaureate in Science from Vasile Alecsandri National College (2012 - 2016).
