Meryem Can Bolin has a diverse work experience spanning over a number of years. Meryem started their career as a Reporter/Editor at Vestmanlands Läns Tidning in 1998 and worked there until 2002. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Reporter and later as a Managing Editor at Värnpliktsnytt and Aftonbladet respectively. In 2005, they became the Managing Editor at Gringo, and then worked as a Freelance Reporter for their own company, Meryem Can, from 2006 to 2007. Meryem then joined Vestmanlands Läns Tidning again as a Columnist in 2006. In 2007, they worked as a Reporter at Expressen, and then transitioned to Appelberg Publishing Group as a Managing Editor and Project Manager, working with notable clients. Meryem worked at Appelberg until 2012, when they joined Spoon Publishing as a Client Director and later as a Business Director. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Business Director at People People People.

- In 2022, they enrolled at IHM Business School to explore IHM Affärssimulering.

- In 2020, they pursued Behavioral Science at Spoon & Coglode.
- In 2019, Meryem attended Real Agency Group Academy, where they obtained a degree in Leading others (Leda andra). Additionally, they participated in a program at Fantastic Studios that focused on Facilitation and creative innovation development.
- In 2018, they studied Change Management at Bonnier Academy, and in the same year, they completed a program in Organizational Leadership titled "New as a manager" at Bonnier Academy as well.
