Caitlyn Berry

Caitlyn Berry currently serves as the Director of Government Relations and Health & Wellness Outcomes Manager at Sportable - Adaptive Sports and Recreation, having held these positions since December 2021. Additionally, Caitlyn is an Adjunct Faculty member at VCU College of Health Professions since January 2025 and co-owns Adapt & Grow, LLC, where duties include working as an Occupational Therapist since September 2020. Previous experience includes serving as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist at SOAR365 from January 2016 to December 2021, a Summer Camp Counselor at Easterseals PORT Health during summer 2014, and a Special Education Instructional Assistant at Montgomery County Public Schools from August 2012 to May 2013. Caitlyn holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University, acquired between 2013 and 2015, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Human Development with a minor in Psychology from Virginia Tech, obtained from 2009 to 2013.
