Brad Fletcher is an experienced sport scientist and operations manager currently serving as the Field Operations Manager UK at Sportable since December 2018, overseeing client delivery and operations for elite sports teams in Europe. Previously, Brad held positions at Sportable as Lead Sport Scientist and Sports Tech Support Scientist, where responsibilities included data collection, performance analysis, and relationship management with partners. Brad has also contributed to organizations such as Pro-formance Training, Nomads 7s, Southampton Solent University, and Basingstoke Town Football Club, delivering sport science services to a diverse range of clients, including Paralympic athletes. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Athletic Development & Peak Performance and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Sport Science, both from Solent University.
