Walter Kumbeiz

Walter Kumbeiz is a highly skilled Senior Computer Vision Engineer with extensive experience in the field, currently working at Sportlight Technology since August 2025 and previously at Sportradar from January 2020 to August 2025. Walter's career began as a Computer Vision Engineer and Mobile Developer at innovation.rocks from February 2016 to January 2020, where a focus was on developing AR/VR applications. Walter also pursued a Deep Learning Nanodegree at Udacity in early 2018 and contributed to the development of an educational game for the 650th anniversary of the University of Vienna as a Game Developer between October 2013 and June 2015.
