Lisa McGee is the Director of UX/Research at Spot Insurance. Prior to their current position, Lisa was a Senior Product Designer at LoanStreet Inc. from April 2021 to July 2021. Before that, Lisa was the Experience Design Lead at Cake & Arrow from May 2016 to March 2021. Prior to that, Lisa was a UX Designer at General Assembly from January 2016 to March 2016, where they learned and implemented industry best practices through five user-centered design projects over the course of a 10 week immersive program. Prior to that, Lisa was an eCommerce Stylist at No.6 Store from October 2014 to December 2015, where they collaborated with the eCommerce Director and Art Director to develop concepts for digital campaigns, implemented content and marketing strategies through styling for eCommerce and digital campaigns, assisted the Creative Director in concept development and styling for No.6 look-books, organized and catalogued digital materials for the eCommerce team, created on-brand copy for eCommerce products, and coordinated shoot schedules and inventory with the buying department. Prior to that, Lisa was the Student Accounts Manager at Blue Bear Music School from February 2012 to July 2014.

Lisa McGee has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from San Francisco State University and is currently completing a Field in User Experience Design Immersive at General Assembly.

Lisa McGee reports to Nabil Rahman, Chief Product Officer. Lisa McGee works with TBD - Director or VP, Product (Integrations), Amanda Judkins - Director, Product (Platforms), and Drew Spielberg - Senior Manager, Data & Design. Some individuals on their team include Teague Nelson - Sr UX Designer, Alison Munshower - Copywriter, and Maya Nag - UX Designer.
