Amanda Wedow has worked in the product design field since 2018. Amanda began their career at LCBO in 2011, where they served as a Customer Service Representative and Product Consultant. In 2018, they moved to Stratosphere Group as a Product Designer. In 2019, they joined tilr as a Product Designer and held the same role for another year. In 2020, they began working at Dig Insights as a Design Lead & Product Manager, later transitioning to a Product Design Lead and then a Product Designer. Amanda is currently a Senior Product Designer at SpotHero.

Amanda Wedow has an extensive educational background. Amanda attended John Diefenbaker Secondary School from 2004-2008, followed by the University of Toronto from 2009-2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in the Study of Religion. In 2013, they took a Wine and Spirit Education Trust course at the Independent Wine Education Guild (IWEG) Toronto and obtained a Wine and Spirits certification. Amanda then obtained a WSET Level 2 Award in Wines and Spirits in December 2013 and a WSET Level 3 Award in Wines and Spirits in July 2014. In 2015, they obtained a WSET Level 3 Award in Sake. In 2018, they attended BrainStation for a Part-Time Course in User Experience Design, and in 2019 they attended Bridge School for a Product Design degree. Amanda is currently enrolled in a User Experience Design Full Time program at BrainStation.
