Cezar Jenkins has held a variety of positions in the tech industry. From 1996 to 2005, they owned and operated their own computer services business, Cezar Computer Services. During this time, they provided assembly and repair services, as well as networking and system configuration. In 2005, they began working as an intern at Hostway, where they developed the GigaMail application. Cezar then joined IIT Institute of Design as a Web Developer, where they promoted and implemented the move from PHP to Python/Django for new projects. Cezar also created RESTful interfaces and token login systems. In 2013, Jenkins began working at SpotHero as the first full-time Engineer. During their time at SpotHero, they have been responsible for feature work, architecture, DevOps, QA automation, on-boarding, developer support, mentoring, scaling, Scrum master, building desks, and product work. Additionally, in 2013, Jenkins became President and Easter Ride Chair at Folks on Spokes, where they were responsible for club operations, business affairs, and other executive club duties.
Cezar Jenkins attended the Illinois Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
