Andrew Derifield

Andrew Derifield is an experienced casino operations professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Table Games at Spotlight 29 Casino since August 2025. Prior to this role, Andrew was with Caesars Entertainment, Inc. from March 2018 to June 2025, where Andrew held multiple leadership positions including Director of Casino Operations, Director of Operations, Senior Casino Operations Manager, and Table Games Manager. Andrew's career in the gaming industry began at Eldorado Resorts, Inc., where Andrew worked as Table Games Manager from June 2007 to July 2020, progressing through several operations roles over the years.
