Kimberley L Houlton [MSc, Chartered FCIPD] is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Chief People Officer for Europe at Spreetail since March 2022. Previously, Kimberley held roles as Head of People & Talent Acquisition at NCS - National Citizen Service Trust and Head of Talent Acquisition for DMG Media, overseeing recruitment across the USA and EMEA. Additionally, Kimberley served as Global Senior TA Partner at DMGT plc, contributing to the establishment of a new centre of excellence for global companies. Kimberley began the career at REED, progressing through various consultancy roles. Kimberley holds a Master's degree in Psychology from BPP, a Bachelor's degree in English Literature with Creative Writing from the University of Exeter, and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
