Nate Winkler

Nate Winkler is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in fulfillment and distribution within various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations- Fulfillment at Spreetail since June 2024, Nate previously held the role of Director of Operations- Upstream Distribution/Fulfillment at Safelite for a brief period in 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director- Fulfillment at Neiman Marcus Group and Director of Operations at ShipMonk, where Nate focused on tech-based third-party logistics. Additionally, Nate has held multiple leadership roles in fulfillment at Spreetail, adidas, and Chewy, along with operations management positions at Target. Nate holds a Master’s Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from Northern Illinois University, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Rehabilitation Services and an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science from Kishwaukee College.
