Ravaun Carroll

Ravaun obtained his Bachelor of Science in Gerontology with a Specialization in Long-Term Care Administration from Bowling Green State University. He found his passion for long-term care in 2009 when he began his career as a dietary aide.

Ravaun has previously served as the admissions and social services director at Autumn Aegis Retirement Community, assisted living director at Towne Center Community Campus, and as an administrator prior to returning to Sprenger Health Care Systems in 2020. As the administrator at Sprenger Health Elms Retirement Village, he continues to learn and grow each day in the long-term care industry.
