Cubby Sadoon

Cubby Sadoon is an experienced winemaker and brand ambassador currently serving as an Assistant Winemaker and Cellar Master at Ferox by Fabian Reis since May 2021. Sadoon has a diverse background in the wine industry, having worked as a Consulting Winemaker for various wineries in Niagara from January 2021 to March 2023, and held roles at Cloudsley Cellars, Lailey Winery, Pillitteri Estates Winery, King's Court Estate Winery, Rosewood Estates Winery, and Strewn Winery. In addition to winemaking expertise, Sadoon has experience in public health logistics and immunization clinic leadership. Sadoon holds multiple wine qualifications, including a DipWSET Candidate status and various certifications from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and other institutions, alongside an Honours Bachelor of Science in Medical Science from Brock University.
