Leia Vetter

Leia Vetter currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Head of Strategic Growth at Spring Fertility, starting in October 2024. Prior to this role, Leia held multiple leadership positions at One Medical from August 2012 to October 2024, including Vice President of Operations - Growth and Services, Vice President of Strategy, Regional Vice President of Operations, and Director of Operations. In these roles, Leia successfully led strategic service line initiatives, managed significant P&L performance, and drove market entry strategies, significantly increasing revenue streams. Earlier experience includes a managerial position at Huron Consulting Group, where strategic recommendations improved clients' financial performance. Leia Vetter holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
