Mikala Francis possesses extensive experience in client relations and sales management across various industries, currently serving as a Global Client Relations and Global Sales Manager at SPRING Production since October 2021, while also acting as an Ambassador for The Sustainable Procurement Pledge. Prior roles include Global Sales Manager at Paperturn, where Mikala developed the sales department, and Sales and Marketing Manager for Navico, a leader in marine electronics. Earlier experience includes Business Development Manager at Bismonte Trading and Customer Relations Specialist at Riviera Country Club. Mikala holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, a Certificate in Journalism from IIE Varsity College, and has completed high school education at Westville Girls High School.
