Hope K. is an experienced professional in digital product management and user experience, currently serving as the Director of Digital at Panacea Financial since January 2024. Previously, Hope held roles at Springboard as a Student Mentor since March 2019, guiding aspiring UX and product professionals. Experience at Coda Interactive included providing fractional digital services as a Product Manager from May 2018 to December 2023. At Modus, from November 2021 to July 2023, leadership of cross-functional teams emphasized innovation in Moody's Analytics KYC product. Hope transformed pharmacy quality reporting applications at Core BTS and defined product strategies at FormFire as Director of User Experience.
