Ryan Neal

Ryan Neal has been a Product Manager at Springbrook Software since February 2022, overseeing PUBLIQ Software's cloud-native CAMA application and enterprise products related to property tax management, billing, and collections. Previously, Ryan held the position of Software Engineer Manager at PUBLIQ Software from May 2013 to February 2022, managing multiple teams and supporting a range of software products for local governments. Earlier roles include Software Engineer Project Lead, where Ryan led development teams in creating financial software for municipalities, and Software Engineer II, focused on property tax management solutions. Prior to PUBLIQ Software, Ryan served as a Senior Hardware Technician at QS/1 from February 2008 to May 2013. Ryan earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of South Carolina between 2003 and 2007.
