SpringHarbor
Chiara is a specialist in all aspects of human resources, including compensation, employee development, performance management, talent acquisition, benefits implementation. She is responsible for human resources at SpringHarbor and its Promontory MortgagePath family of portfolio companies. Prior to joining SpringHarbor, Chiara was part of the Human Resources team at Promontory Financial Group (PFG) an IBM Company for over 10 years, focusing on compensation, HRIS technologies, HR policies and procedures, employee development, and performance management. At PFG, Chiara managed both domestic and international employees, supporting secondment and expat programs, drafting employment contracts, dealing with benefits implementation and HR compliance. Chiara also implemented software solutions for timekeeping systems, performance reviews, and an equity program.
Chiara earned a Law degree at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and completed an international law program at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.
