Currently serving as Tier II MSP Support at Springthrough since June 2021, Brian previously worked as an Enterprise Service Desk Agent for the Defense Logistics Agency, providing Tier 1.5 support. Prior experience includes a position as a Network Operations Center Technician at Quicken Loans, where in-house level 3 support was provided for over 17,000 team members. Brian's military background encompasses roles as PBO Clerk in the US Army, managing property for the 4th Sustainment Brigade, and as Supply Clerk in both the US Army and Army National Guard, focusing on government property accountability and supply management. Brian earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Ferris State University between 2014 and 2019.
