Elaine Kang

Elaine Kang serves as a Board Advisor at Solstice and holds the position of Director of US/Global Marketing and HCP Marketing Lead at SpringWorks Therapeutics since 2023. Previously, Elaine was Associate Director of US ECP Marketing at Apellis Pharmaceuticals from 2019 to 2023, where Elaine launched SYFOVRE and managed a team of product managers. Earlier roles include Senior Product Manager and Senior Manager of Commercial Strategy at Apellis, as well as Associate at American Securities and Consultant at McKinsey & Company, where Elaine specialized in commercial strategy and marketing in the pharmaceutical sector. Elaine's research experience includes positions at Yale University School of Medicine and the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, contributing to published studies on hematopoietic development and cellular biology. Elaine holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from Yale University.
