Jim Fletcher

Jim Fletcher currently serves as the People and Organization Partnering Director at SpringWorks Therapeutics, a position held since March 2024. With extensive experience in human resources across multiple industries, Jim has previously held significant roles such as Vice President of Human Resources at Novan, Inc., and Ironshore Pharmaceuticals Inc., where responsibilities included establishing HR functions and leading organizational development initiatives. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources at Bioventus and Warner Chilcott, where strategic HR leadership was provided to support organizational missions. Jim's career also includes senior positions at ServiceMaster and Unilever, focusing on employee engagement and business integration following mergers.
