Prior to this, Laura was the Director of Operations at Whataburger for over five years, and a Market Development Partner at World of Beer Franchising, Inc., focusing on North Texas, Oklahoma, and Arizona. Laura's career at Outback Steakhouse spanned over two decades, during which time Laura advanced from a Key Employee to Regional Vice President, overseeing operations for 90 locations and managing financial performance. Laura's leadership and commitment to excellence have garnered recognition, including the Managing Partner of the Year award at Outback Steakhouse.
