Chang Choi

Chang Choi is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and sales management. Currently serving as the Regional Senior Director of Customer Success at Sprinklr since July 2020, Chang has previously held the position of Regional Director of Customer Success. Prior to this, a significant tenure at LG Display from January 2000 to January 2020 included roles as Sales Director for the US region, overseeing mobile displays for major clients such as Google, Microsoft, and Sony, as well as serving as Senior Manager of Sales for Apple and Sales Manager for Europe. Chang Choi holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Kyung Hee University, completed in 2000.
