Previously, Don held roles as Export Manager and Customs Compliance at Impulse Worldwide Ltd. and as Imports Executive at TNT, where responsibilities included liaising with customs, managing import/export processes, and training staff on customs procedures. Educational background includes attendance at Scoil Stiofain Naofa in Cork from 1981 to 1986.
