Bassam Sharkawy

Bassam Sharkawy is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and strategic leadership. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Sprints since February 2020, Bassam previously held multiple roles at Thirdwayv Inc. from October 2014 to February 2020, including Principal Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer. Prior to that, Bassam co-founded IoT Spark and contributed as a Software Engineer from June 2012 to October 2014, participating in the Web of Objects research project focused on integrating IoT technologies for enhanced connectivity. Bassam holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Cairo University.
