Jaideep Tak

Jaideep Tak has over eight years of experience in asset management and electrical engineering, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Asset Management at Sprng Energy since May 2017, where progression from Assistant Manager to Sr. Manager reflects strong leadership and expertise in the field. Prior to this role, Jaideep worked as an Electrical Engineer at Solaire Direct India Pvt Ltd, focusing on earthing, module interconnection, DC load injection, fault rectification, and cable laying. Jaideep's experience also includes serving as Assistant to the Project Manager at Empire Enterprise Ltd, leading a team of 30 while engaging with government electricity boards to resolve consumer-related issues. Jaideep holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Vyas Institute of Engineering and Technology, graduated in 2011.
