Atty. Arlene De Castro is a seasoned legal and human resources professional with extensive experience in executive leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief People and Customer Officer at Sprout Solutions since May 2018, Atty. De Castro oversees multiple departments, including Legal, Audit and Compliance, Human Resources, Administration, Professional Services, and Customer Success, managing over 1,000 clients and ensuring compliance with Philippine law and ISO 27001 standards. As the Managing Partner at De Castro Law Firm since June 2017, Atty. De Castro leads a team of lawyers in various legal matters while providing general counsel and representation before judicial agencies. Additional entrepreneurial experience includes ownership of the Beauty and Wellness business, alongside past roles in human resources and administration across several organizations. Atty. De Castro holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Santo Tomas.
