Maryniel Odin has over a decade of experience in human resources and customer advocacy, currently serving as the Lead Customer Advocate at Sprout Solutions since March 2021, where prior roles included Customer Advocate II and Customer Advocate I. Maryniel's career began at Lolita P. Mendoza Consulting Firm as an Assistant Secretary and included a stint as a Human Resources Intern at Open Access BPO. Additional experience encompasses roles such as Payroll Consultant and Senior HR Coordinator at Rudolf Lietz, Inc., and Human Resources Coordinator prior to that. Maryniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Development Management from Polytechnic University of the Philippines, completed in 2013.
