Karthik Akula started working in 2020 at Qconnect as a Customer Service Representative until December 2022. In January 2023, they joined Spruce InfoTech, Inc as a Technical Recruiter.

Karthik Akula attended THE MOTHERS INTEGRAL COLLEGE OF EDUCATION from 2015 to 2018, where they pursued a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Additionally, during the same period, they also attended The Mother's International School - India and obtained a degree from Avanthi Degree College in the same field of study.
