Brian Senger has a wealth of experience in the legal field, having held various titles such as VP, General Counsel at SPS Commerce, General Counsel at MOBĒ, General Counsel at ACOVA Integrated Health, Securities Law Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Valspar, and Associate General Counsel, Senior Director, and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Life Time. Brian has managed SEC filings, NYSE compliance, corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and all legal work for health and wellness businesses throughout their career. Brian obtained their Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from Saint John's University.
