Dick Schultz is an accomplished executive with over two decades of experience in product management and customer success within the software industry. Currently serving as VP of Customer Success at SPS Commerce since June 2015, Dick has held various leadership roles including Sr. Director positions focusing on implementation and customer success. Prior to SPS Commerce, Dick was VP of Product for Manufacturing at Epicor Software, where responsibilities included product strategy and global product marketing for their manufacturing portfolio. Experience at Infor includes managing a $30 million P&L and leading significant growth in license sales during tenure. Earlier roles at SoftBrands involved directing product management strategies that consistently exceeded performance targets. Dick holds a BA in Business - Marketing from the University of St. Thomas.
