Joann Cogan

JoAnn Cogan has a robust background in implementation and systems administration, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Implementation at SPS Commerce since April 2021, after progressing through roles such as Manager II and Principal Consultant. Prior to SPS Commerce, JoAnn held the position of Director of Systems Administration at Harvest Hill Beverage Company from September 2015 to April 2021, and worked at Frederick Goldman from May 2001 to September 2015, where roles included PMO Implementation Specialist - Business Analyst and Director of Operations. JoAnn's earlier experience includes positions as Account Executive at Weindling International, Director of Independent Division Customer Service at ODI, and Supervisor of Account Operations at Frederick Goldman. JoAnn holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Hartford, obtained from 1989 to 1993.
