Franck Alter is a seasoned professional in corporate banking and M&A, currently serving as a Business Transfer specialist at Spuerkeess since August 2022, focusing on M&A and financing projects. Prior experience includes a role as M&A Senior Associate at TENZING Partners from November 2018 to July 2022, where Franck managed the M&A process, developed financial models, and led client communications. Franck also held the position of M&A Analyst at TENZING Partners, advising companies on financial projects. A member of Globalscope Partners Ltd, Franck contributed to global M&A advisory efforts. As a co-founder of Wefly Agri, Franck secured notable awards in 2017. Franck's earlier experience includes internships in financial planning at Schneider Electric and asset management at SAGEFI. A graduate of Cranfield School of Management with a Master of Science in Finance and an INSEEC Bachelor in Business Administration, Franck possesses a strong academic background in finance.
