Erum Naz

Erum Naz is a dedicated People Experience Specialist at SpurSol since July 2022, responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment processes aligned with the annual hiring plan, while proactively sourcing candidates for current and future roles. Previously, Erum held the position of Senior HR Executive, overseeing recruitment and selection activities, and ensuring adherence to the recruitment cycle. Experience also includes serving as an HR Executive at HR Ways - We're Hiring, focusing on technical recruitment for software companies, and completing internships in human resources at Lotte Kolson (Pvt.) Limited and Lucky Textile Mills Limited. Erum holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Iqra University, completed in December 2020.
