Ivory Mcgilvery is an experienced technical recruiter specializing in full-cycle recruiting with a focus on Machine Learning Engineers, Artificial Intelligence Engineers, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at SpyCloud since July 2025, prior roles include Senior Technical Recruiter at Sealaska and Technical Recruiter at both Fearless and Meta, where recruitment efforts were aimed at shaping products for Facebook/Meta.
