With a robust background in IT management, Kamil previously held leadership roles such as Head of IT Systems at Booksy Polska, Head of R&D at Connectmedica, and Senior IT Manager at Prudential Assurance, focusing on software development, system integration, and strategic project management. Kamil has successfully led various teams, contributed to IT strategy, and managed software projects across multiple industries throughout a career that began as a web developer after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Economics from Skarbek Graduate School in 2007.
