Jacqueline Chavarin, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital product management and customer engagement. Currently serving as Senior Director of Digital Products at SQA Services, Inc., Jacqueline previously held the position of Senior Director of Product Management at Beachbody from 2016 to 2025, focusing on enhancing customer interactions across various platforms. Jacqueline's earlier roles at Verizon from 2004 to 2015 included responsibilities as Sr. Staff Consultant in Product Strategy for Digital Customer Engagement and Lead Consultant in Project/Program Management, where strategic initiatives led to improved customer experiences and operational efficiencies.
