Daisy Dong is a Senior Electrical Design Engineer at Squadron Energy since September 2022, specializing in wind and solar farm layouts, BESS reticulation design, grid connection management, and providing technical support for project development. Prior experience includes roles at UGL from October 2019 to September 2022 as an Electrical Engineer, focusing on high voltage substation design and transmission line analysis, and as a Graduate Electrical Engineer in both utility and renewable departments. Daisy's early career also includes positions at UGL Unipart Rail Services and EFINITI Telecommunications Services. Daisy holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical from the University of Melbourne and dual Bachelor's degrees in Optical Information Science and Technology from Fudan University and Electrical & Electronics from the University of Birmingham.
