Mark Chang is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and banking. Currently serving as a Senior Investment Manager at Squadron Energy since July 2024, Mark previously held the position of Associate Director - Investments at Amp Energy from February 2022 to July 2024 and worked as a Commercial & Treasury Associate at Tilt Renewables between January 2020 and February 2022. Earlier roles include an Investment Analyst at EMR Capital and a Senior Analyst in UK Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where Mark was involved in significant M&A and ECM transactions across various sectors. Mark began the finance career as a summer analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and gained experience as a Private Equity Intern at Income Partners Asset Management. Mark holds a MA (Honours) in Economics and Politics from The University of Edinburgh and achieved an International Baccalaureate with a score of 44/45 at South Island School in Hong Kong.
