Eric Bonnel is the co-founder and CFO of Square since 2008. With a background in corporate finance, treasury, taxes, and legal, Eric has experience in M&A including the acquisitions of Initio in 2013 and Alternea in 2017. Prior to Square, Eric worked at Altran as a Corporate Financial Controller from 2004 to 2007 and at Schlumberger from 1998 to 2003 in various financial controller roles. Eric also worked at Malteurop - Intermalta - Invivo as a Regional Financial Controller from 1996 to 1998. Eric holds degrees from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, NEOMA Business School, and Saint Joseph Reims.
