Ziyuan Zhong

Ziyuan Zhong is a Quantitative Researcher at Squarepoint, focusing on the Venture Capital Team since January 2024, and previously completed an internship as a Quantitative Researcher at the same company in 2023. Ziyuan served as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Columbia University from January 2018 to February 2024, contributing to projects involving language-guided diffusion models and evolutionary algorithms, while also teaching programming and machine learning courses. Additional experience includes research internships at NVIDIA and Baidu USA, where Ziyuan worked on traffic generation and counterfactual causality for autonomous driving systems, respectively.
